University Towers is an apartment building at the corner of South University and Forest Street. The first floor houses NYPD's newer location and Campus Video.

At 18 stories, University Towers is the second tallest building in Ann Arbor, after Tower Plaza Condominiums, and is an easy landmark on South U, which mostly features one or two story buildings.
