A large building (400 employees) on Plymouth Road. Their mission is to "reconcile the transportation sector with the environment by advancing clean fuels and technology, and promoting more livable communities."

This place is hella creepy. In the past couple of years, they have installed reinforced security fences, spotlights, and concrete roadblocks. Metal barriers raise out of the ground to block the entrance checkpoint. One wonders what actually happens inside.
