Saline is a manufacturing town south and west of Ann Arbor. From Ann Arbor, take Ann Arbor-Saline Road southwest, or take State Road south to US-12 southwest to get there.

Quite a bit of formerly agricultural land between Ann Arbor and Saline is now housing with a Saline address (see: Sprawl)
